In this research, an attempt was made to improve the brittle nature of Unsaturated Polyester (UP) polymer which cannot undergo plastic deformation be improved become more resilient by adding Thermoset Vinyl Ester and Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). To show change in toughness polyester material, a test is carried out provide tensile load flexural until material breaks This work reports successful fabrication blends mixing vinyl esters with different percentages. The shows that there linear relationship between shape fracture surface due bending loads observations through SEM are directly related stress properties morphology. mixture 40% ester showed highest 126.88 MPa while for pure 49.71 increase 255.24% compared polyester. addition resulted polyester, but 100% return decreased 56.50 MPa. indicates breaking some chain networks causes decrease structural stiffness, results zone fraction.
